Swipe your claws in a rampage with this high AoE damage build
Nightblade is the preferred base class for group play but Sorcerer, Dragonknight, and Warden are also good. Any base class can be used but these are the most optimal due to the new Class Masteries available

the build basics
This build works equally well as a Stamina or Magicka based damage dealer. Examples will be shown for Stamina, so make sure to swap Attributes and Enchantments if going Magicka.

Swap to 64 into Magicka if you are going as a Magicka build
Thief is the go-to 99% of the time for PvE DPS
Race doesn't make a huge difference and all content can be completed with any race option
Braised Rabbit is the usual go-to. Bone Broth drains 5% less Ultimate. Sugar Skulls if you need to heal more. Garlic Corn is the highest DPS.
Heroism if struggling to stay in WW form. Armor potions for maximum tankiness.

setup: ALL-AROUND SETUP
WELL suited for A LARGE VARIETY OF DIFFERENT CONTENT
Can front bar Savage Werewolf if you don’t have Mora/Null daggers
Slot Order’s Wrath or Deadly Strike instead of Mora Scribe if you don’t have trial gear
COMBAT ROTATION:
Opening > Prebuff Ferocious Roar + Hircine’s Rage (activate Roar synergy)
Initiate combat > Activate Rampage if ready + Brutal Pounce (Carnage)
Keep all DoTs and Buffs up on their respective timers, otherwise spam Claw Fury
Swap from Claw Fury to Bloody Gnash execute after 25% Enemy Health remaining
When running then Brutal Pounce morph, treat it like Carve (2H Skill) and recast at 1 second remaining to extend the duration
If you are in charge of Major Courage for the group, cast Roar on a 20s timer, otherwise you can cast it on a 30s timer (the length of the other buffs it gives)
